UKRAINIANS AND LITHUANIANS ARE JOINING TOGETHER TO FORM A HUMAN CHAIN FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM IN UKRAINE ON AUG 28, 2022

When: SUNDAY, AUGUST 28, 10AM to 12 NOON

Where: Annunciation Church (259 North 5th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211)

Following our 10AM Lithuanian Mass, we will gather at 11AM to join hands and form a human chain covering three blocks between Annunciation Church and the Ukrainian Church of the Holy Ghost (160 North 5th Street). At 11:30AM, we will pause for a moment of silent prayer for the victims of Russian aggression in Ukraine. We will then gather at the Ukrainian Church of the Holy Ghost to commemorate Ukrainian Independence Day.

Please bring Lithuanian and Ukrainian flags to our “BALTIJOS KELIAS”!!!
